Longhorn Exploration is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced acquisition of PureWave Hydrogen Corp.

“No question, there’s risk,” said Bruce Nurse, co-founder of PureWave Hydrogen, which has leased sites in three Kansas counties for exploration. “But it’s an energy source we need to go after here in the US, because manufactured hydrogen is not going to cut it.”

This initiative has led to a significant partnership with Longhorn Exploration, a company listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange under the symbol LEX.

Since the Industrial Revolution, humans have relied heavily on fossil fuels as their primary energy source. However, with atmospheric CO2 levels and global temperatures on the rise, governments worldwide are committing to limiting global warming.

Bruce Nurse, Director at Longhorn Exploration (TSX.V:LEX) joins me for a discussion focused on the hydrogen market, more specifically natural hydrogen.

The hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, DC.
